Employees are entitled to 32 days holiday a year: 20 legal holidays (in case full year of employment the year preceding) + 12 compensation days in case of full year of work (to compensate for 40 hours a week schedule)

The holiday year runs from January to December. If an employee joins mid-way through the year, their holiday entitlement will be pro-rated. The holidays must be taken before the expiration of the calendar year to which they apply

Holiday requests are processed via FIGGO.
