Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
If you get injured on the job, or worse, you can help ensure that your family is protected from the financial fallout. How? By buying additional Voluntary AD&D Insurance in addition to the basic level of AD&D Insurance you’ll receive from Boston Scientific.

Disability Insurance
What would happen if you became sick or injured and were unable to work? Short-Term Disability (STD), provides you with full or partial pay for up to six months while you’re disabled. For longer periods of disability, Long-Term Disability (LTD) will continue to provide you with a portion of your base pay for as long as you are disabled or until you turn 65. No need to enroll. Boston Scientific pays the full cost of STD and LTD coverage.
